Position Overview:
The Officer, EdTech is required technical & hands-on Experience in Technologies of e-learning, online assessment platforms and App development. A positive understanding of LMS and App content development/integration cycle. Should be aware of relevant trends and latest technologies. They should have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in App development and web technologies. Position required to manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and oversee projects with comprehensive top-down management, ensuring adherence to defined standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Take a leadership role in digital content dissemination projects,



facilitating seamless collaboration across various departments.
Data Digitization and Streamlining: Lead the initiative to streamline and digitize data collection processes, particularly focusing on the RTR (Return to Roots) project for the current year.
Vendor and Partner Management: Identify suitable partners/vendors, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and manage project activities end-to-end.
Development Lifecycle Ownership: Guide the team through development, testing, and implementation stages, with a focus on effective work review and technical risk management of assigned projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and ensure transparent tracking of project progress.
