About your role:
We are seeking driven and people-focused Credit Risk Supervisor to lead a credit risk operations team, which may support areas such as risk investigations, underwriting, triage, merchant review, or related workflows. In this role, you will oversee daily workflow management, decision quality, operational performance, and employee development while ensuring risk, compliance, and service level expectations are consistently achieved.




The ideal candidate is a robust leader who can motivate teams, manage competing priorities, support sound risk-based decisioning, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, process management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across credit risk, operations, sales, compliance, and other business partners.
What You'll Do
