Our instruments and software come together to aid in accelerating the design of current materials as well as the quality of manufacturing those materials.
We're looking for a passionate Senior Software Test Engineer with a talent for building quality software solutions. We build complex, connected scientific instruments that combine embedded software, Linux-based platforms, cloud services, web applications, and our flagship Windows desktop software (TRIOS). This role sits at the system level—where real-world device behavior meets software quality—and ensures our platforms are robust,



reliable, and ready for production and field use.
You’ll own system-level validation across hardware, firmware, backend services, web interfaces, and rich desktop applications, working closely with product, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will:
- Design and execute system-level test strategies for Linux-based IoT, connected instrument platforms, and flagship Windows desktop applications (such as TRIOS).
- Perform manual and automated software testing specifically targeting complex Windows desktop environments and scientific applications.
- Validate end-to-end workflows across device firmware, edge services, backend APIs, web UIs, and desktop clients.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and reliability testing across the entire software ecosystem.
