What would you do? The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end compensation and perks services, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with policies,



and timely resolution of employee and client requests. The role involves interaction with employees, managers, and client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits processes while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
