We are looking for an experienced and agile Training Manager to lead the Learning & Development function for our US Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the US Insurance industry. The individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee performance, ensure process excellence, and improve client satisfaction.
Candidates with expertise in Certificate of Insurance (COI) processes, Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Policy Checking, Endorsements will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for US Insurance operations, including process training, refresher programs.
Design and deliver training programs for:
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Commercial Lines
Personal Lines
Claims Processing
Quote Preparation
Endorsements
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning interventions based on business requirements.
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs,
process guides, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR to identify knowledge gaps and implement improvement plans.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of US Insurance processes
Experience in designing instructor-led training programs.
Proven experience managing training teams and driving learning initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
