You will be working as Lease Accounting Analyst and will be reporting to Team Lead – Lease Accounting and
will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for leading a group or team focused on the complete, accurate,
and timely completion of Fixed Assets Accounting & Reporting and related activities within the General Accounting (GA) team. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
Your responsibilities
- Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions.
- Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies.
- Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.
- Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing
- Month end book closing activities.
- Processing entire Fixed asset related Daily Transactions (Acquisitions, Retirements, Transfers)
- Performing Monthly Quarterly Fixed Assets Activities (CWIP Aging Analysis/ Capex Movements Preparation.)
- Overseeing the closing of monthly accounts of CAPEX, manage the CAPEX control and approval process.
