The Role
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer who combines deep hands-on delivery skills with organization-wide technical leadership. This role sits at the intersection of feature delivery, platform ownership, and AI-led transformation.
You will own and deliver critical product features end-to-end while simultaneously shaping the architecture, modernization strategy,



and AI adoption roadmap across the platform. This role requires a robust builder mindset—someone who can design systems, write production-grade code, unblock teams, and also influence long-term technical direction.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working with enterprise-grade platforms built on AngularJS/Angular, C#/.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and API-driven systems, and has demonstrated success modernizing such systems into scalable, event-driven, and AI-enabled architectures.
