The Role
Are you ready to join the team of software engineering experts at Kyndryl? We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Technical Specialist – Workday Integrations to contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of integration solutions across Kyndryl's enterprise HR technology ecosystem, with Workday serving as the system of record.
As a Software Engineering Technical Specialist, you will develop and support integrations connecting Workday to payroll, advantages, identity and access management, recruiting, learning,



and other enterprise platforms. You will apply technical expertise to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions supporting critical employee lifecycle processes across a global organization.
At Kyndryl, we value effective communication and collaboration skills. In this role, you will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Security, and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. You will contribute to troubleshooting complex business and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and help drive resolution of production incidents affecting enterprise HR processes.
