About the Role

We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for one of India's leading digital marketing agencies.

This role requires a business leader who can drive operational excellence, delivery governance, organizational scaling, and commercial performance while working closely with the CEO.

The ideal candidate should have built and scaled operations within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency and possess solid exposure to SEO, performance marketing, client servicing, delivery, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business operations across multiple service lines.
- Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and delivery governance.
- Own business planning, resource allocation, and organizational scaling initiatives.
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, business growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Client Servicing,



SEO, Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Technology, Strategy, and Operations.
- Build scalable operating frameworks, SOPs, performance dashboards, and governance mechanisms.
- Drive commercial performance, profitability, and business efficiency.
- Strengthen client delivery standards and ensure high-quality execution across enterprise accounts.
- Develop leadership capability and build high-performing teams.
