Role & Responsibilities
UX Design
Create user flows and wireframes.
Design task-oriented workflows.
Support journey mapping and information architecture.
Translate research findings into design solutions.
UI Design
Create high-fidelity interfaces.
Apply design system components.
Ensure visual consistency across products.
Design responsive layouts.
Collaboration
Partner with Product Managers and Development Teams.
Participate in all design reviews.
Support usability testing activities.
Maintain design documentation.
Bi-weekly Management updates
Preferred
Enterprise application experience.
Transportation, manufacturing, or industrial domain exposure.
Motion design skills.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
Eligibility
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Design, UX, HCI, Visual Communication or equivalent.
2–6 years of UX/UI experience.
Robust Figma proficiency.
Portfolio demonstrating UX process and visual design capabilities.
Understanding of accessibility principles.
Excellent presentation skills in all written, visual, and content creation aspects.
Strong inclination for sustainable future / mobility ecosystem and related Physital UI / UX solutions
Exceptional workflow on Research, Ideation, storyboarding and presentation.
A portfolio demonstrating clearer understanding and skills with variety and spread on User experience design work is essential to apply for this position.
