Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Automation Lead with 8+ years of demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and test automation, including extensive hands-on expertise with Selenium-based automation frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing strategy, managing a small QA team, and driving the expansion of automation coverage across enterprise applications. This role requires a robust blend of technical leadership, hands-on automation expertise, people management, and functional business understanding. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise platforms, including SAP, and be proficient with tools such as qTest and Azure DevOps. The candidate must be passionate about improving software quality, reducing manual testing effort, and building scalable automation solutions that support Agile and DevOps delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, regression,



and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create effective test scenarios.
Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
Support UAT/ Production sanity test when required.
Generate and maintain testing metrics, reports, and quality dashboards.
Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality practices.
Go/No-Go Recommendation based on Automation/Manual Regression results
Ability to maintain automation suite across multiple products
