Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated professional (Sourcing Market Data Services - Consultant) to support both Market Data Operations and Operational/Tactical Sourcing activities within the Market Data Services (MDS) function. The role combines day‑to‑day administration of market data services with the delivery of commercial insights, sourcing support and vendor management activities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, client‑focused and comfortable working in a energetic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor and process all demand requests ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Manage the full Joiners/Movers/Leavers lifecycle, including user setup, entitlement changes and vendor platform updates (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG/DACS).
Maintain accurate MDS inventory by updating all user, product and entitlement changes; conduct regular data validation with stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendor account managers to maintain up‑to‑date user lists and support renewals.
Perform monthly invoice reconciliation against inventory, troubleshoot discrepancies and support Accounts Payable with allocation outputs.
Perform monthly vendor declarations and handle ad‑hoc exchange reporting requirements.
Respond to stakeholder queries regarding licence usage, contract inclusions/exclusions, entity coverage and compliance with usage rights.
