? Responsibilities

Proactively seek out new business opportunities.
Present the value of our services and solution to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate and close agreements to complete the company's sales targets
Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and detailed requirements.
Work with Project Manager to define clear solutions, project scope, goal and plan that align with client goals.
Work closely with clients to ensure project success and foster long-term business relationships.
Follow and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for service enhancement.
Collaborate with Project Manager to develop and define solutions, project scopes, and plans that align with client goals, and manage client relationships for long-term success.
Collaborate with internal team to ensure that project align with client needs and project timelines.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documents.
Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and ensuring smooth delivery.
Monitor, analyze,



and communicate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Seek opportunities to promote the company, such as social media and events.

? Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Development, Project Manager, IT Project Manager.
Strong passion in selling, driving target and commission
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements.
Knowledge in Data Analytic.
