Analyst – Transaction Monitoring Operations
About your role:
Transaction Monitoring Operations teams at Fiserv support the review of transactions, alerts, and exceptions to help maintain operational integrity across payments and financial services activities. In this role, you will execute transaction monitoring reviews by following approved procedures, documenting outcomes, and escalating unusual or unresolved items through defined channels. You will help support consistent operational decisioning, quality execution, and control adherence in a high-volume workplace.




What you’ll do:
·Review transactions, alerts, and exceptions flagged for transaction monitoring using defined rules, thresholds, and standard operating procedures.
·Assess transactions, alerts, and exceptions for basic risk indicators, unusual activity, and process deviations within approved review guidelines.
·Make defined operational decisions on transaction monitoring cases and exception handling in accordance with approved procedures and escalation paths.
·Escalate suspicious, unusual, or unresolved transactions, alerts, or exceptions to the appropriate team lead, manager, or escalation queue.
·Document review outcomes, including decisions taken, supporting observations, and escalation reasons where applicable, in workflow tools, trackers, or internal systems.
