Position : CQR Expert with Aero Standards(Compliance, Quality & Regulatory (Aerospace Standards)Experience: 6+Location: Bangalore
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced resource– Compliance, Quality & Regulatory Affairs to lead and oversee the organization's quality management systems, regulatory compliance programs, and aerospace certification activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to aerospace industry standards, customer requirements, regulatory mandates,



and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulatory frameworks, audit management, risk assessment, and compliance governance, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence and regulatory readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Regulatory Management
Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with: AS9100 Rev D,AS9110 / AS9120 (where applicable), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FAA, EASA, DGCA, CAA requirements (as applicable), NADCAP standards and customer-specific quality requirements
Drive quality excellence initiatives and process maturity improvements.
Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Audit & Certification Management,Risk & Governance, Supplier Quality & Compliance, Team Leadership, Customer & Stakeholder Management
Education :Bachelor's Degree in: Aerospace Engineering/Mechanical Engineerin
