About the role




The Senior Project Manager role in the Service Transition Group is responsible for driving the completion of challenging projects to onboard clients into Managed Services. The project portfolio for this role will cover the spectrum of Managed Services offerings including but not limited to Infrastructure, Cloud, Endpoints, Security, M365 and more. Working with the Sales and Architecture teams to understand the overall solution and services being delivered, responsibilities include maintaining a project schedule to meet deadlines, facilitating internal and client meetings and workshops, helping to resolve roadblocks and issues, providing status to internal/client stakeholders, and being the SPOC for questions related to the assigned projects. There is responsibility over the entire project life cycle. Management of concurrent projects is standard.Responsibilities
