About The Role
We are seeking a
State Sales Coordinator (SAP Coordinator)
to join one of our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong coordination, reporting, and operational management skills. You’ll serve as a vital link between the Head Office and State teams, supporting seamless communication and effective back-office operations—including SAP activities, MIS reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential for success in this position.

Role Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between the Head Office and State Sales Teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up on operational activities across departments.
- Manage SAP-related activities including Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, Purchase Order (PO) processing, tracking, and updates.




- Coordinate with channel partners and internal stakeholders for timely execution of business requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with complete accuracy.
- Monitor sales data, operational reports, and business performance metrics.
- Ensure all reports are submitted within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, approvals, and documentation.
- Track pending tasks and proactively follow up with concerned teams for closure.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Assist in vendor coordination and documentation whenever required.
- Support the sales team by providing operational and administrative assistance.
- Maintain data integrity in SAP and internal systems.
