Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people
living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to
transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies
that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed’s Diabetes
business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes
division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and
reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable
information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team

Leader, Cloud Operations (Multi-Cloud)
Role Summary
The Leader, Cloud Operations is responsible for defining, governing, and
continuously improving the operational model for the company’s cloud
environments across AWS and Azure. This role owns operations strategy,
standards, SRE practices, runbook definitions, and change governance, while a
Managed Service Provider (MSP) executes the majority of L1/L2 operational
activities under clearly defined and approved runbooks.
This is a control-plane leadership role, not a hands-on operations role. Success
depends on clarity of ownership, disciplined governance, strong MSP oversight,
and measurable operational outcomes. The role partners closely with Cloud
Platform Engineering, Security, Networking, and Product
