Job Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate with client senior stakeholders to execute Procurement, SCM and order management strategies and operational plans. Lead global SCM operations to achieve/exceed P&L; targets while driving customer satisfaction and NPS improvements. Implement Genpact’s digitalization strategy using RPA, AI, blockchain, and other disruptive technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans; drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across operational processes.
