What would you do? Support CRM and omni-channel marketing campaigns through accurate audience creation, customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization activities.



Translate campaign requirements into audience selection logic and segmentation criteria to ensure the right communication reaches the right customer. Manage campaign data preparation, audience validation, suppression management, and data quality checks prior to deployment. Collaborate with campaign, marketing, analytics, development, and QA teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Ensure customer data, segmentation logic, and personalization elements are implemented accurately and in accordance with business requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, segmentation effectiveness, and campaign performance. Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and campaign execution standards.
