What would you do? The Learning Admin – Analyst (Level 11) is responsible for end-to-end learning administration and scheduling support for Learning & Development programs.



The role ensures accurate coordination of training schedules, LMS administration, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. This position acts as a subject matter expert in learning operations, supporting smooth delivery of learning programs while maintaining compliance, quality, and data accuracy. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and growth opportunities. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
