What would you do? Lead audience and customer data management activities to support CRM and omni-channel marketing campaigns.



Collaborate with different relevant teams to translate business requirements into audience segmentation and targeting strategies. Drive customer data readiness, segmentation accuracy, and campaign audience quality to enable effective personalized marketing. Provide technical leadership for data selection, audience creation, customer journeys, suppression management, and campaign targeting activities. Ensure customer data is accurately structured, validated, and optimized for campaign execution across CRM platforms. Support campaign performance through effective segmentation, data analysis, audience optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain data governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements across all customer data and campaign activities. Act as the primary point of contact for campaign audience and segmentation-related queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
