ABOUT THE CHANCE

We are looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of
large-scale Data & Analytics initiatives for one of the leading banking
institutions in Saudi Arabia.

This is a leadership role suited for professionals who have successfully managed
enterprise-wide data transformation programs, large delivery teams, and senior
business stakeholders within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely,
high-quality delivery of multiple strategic data initiatives while managing
cross-functional teams comprising Data Engineers, Data Architects, BI
Specialists, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY LEADERSHIP

* Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & Analytics programs.
* Drive execution across Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Governance,
Data Science, AI/ML, Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics
initiatives.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality
expectations.
* Establish delivery governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

* Partner with senior banking stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams,
and executive management.
* Provide regular project health updates, risk assessments, and executive
dashboards.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business
objectives and delivery outcomes.
