About the Department:
The Fund Administration & Oversight team supports Japan fund operations through operational oversight, accounting data analysis, issue management, and stakeholder coordination. The team works closely with Japan-based Operations colleagues, service providers, custodians, and administrators to help maintain accurate fund operations and effective governance.



Team members gain exposure to investment trusts, institutional mandates, operational oversight, risk management, and process improvement in a collaborative international environment.
How you will add value ?
Core Responsibilities:
You will support Japan fund administration and oversight activities.
You will analyze accounting and operational data for exceptions.
You will investigate issues and support timely resolution.
You will prepare operational updates and management information.
You will maintain process documentation and operating evidence.
You will support audit and business continuity requirements.
You will monitor controls, incidents, and operational risks.
Strategic Responsibilities:
