Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience in residential interior design,
who stays updated with industry trends and brings both creativity and practicality to the table.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage client onboarding and clearly explain the design journey, setting the right expectations
Participate in site kick-off meetings along with the Sales team for seamless project handover
Create and share structured design timelines with defined milestones
Understand client requirements in depth — both functional and aesthetic
Develop customized design concepts along with detailed cost estimates
Balance design creativity with technical feasibility
Collaborate closely with Sales, 3D, KWS, and Operations teams for smooth execution
Guide and mentor Junior Designers, ensuring high-quality output
Work with Project Management teams to align designs with site conditions
Maintain accurate and updated project data in the CRM system
