As a member of the USCAN Services FP&A; team, this team member is critical for driving cost efficiency across the P&L; and expanding the profitability of the USCAN Service business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner across the central operations and regional teams to establish standard analysis and processes to optimize cost structures, drive efficiencies across CM and FPC accounts, and align our cost profile with growth objectives. This team member will also be responsible for providing the financial planning, analysis and reporting of VCP and key cost accounts throughout the year and during budget cycles.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supports the annual LTS and budget cycles for key cost accounts (DM, APS, DL,



and C&B;), partnering with Service Operations, Region Finance, FP&A;, and the Service CFO.
Supports the creation and sustainment of the Service Cost DMS; uses lean principles to identify opportunities for driving productivity and standardization across the business.
Collaborate with the VCP team in building a healthy funnel to support current year and future year profitability expansion; validates savings within the P&L; to ensure accurate VCP reporting.
Partner with the Service Delivery team in building out the strategic investment funnel; support investment prioritization by building and verifying business case ROI metrics; validates spend and advantages within the P&L; to ensure the business is delivering on its strategic initiatives.
Manages a team focusing on key cost accounts within CM and FPC, optimizing cost efficiencies for both the region and central teams.
