THE ROLE

Based out of our Gurugram office in India, the People Partner will report to the
Head of People & Culture. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting
our growing India team following a recent acquisition. Working closely with
local leaders and employees, you'll help ensure a positive employee experience
while partnering with the global People & Culture team to integrate people
practices, simplify processes and align local operations with Megaport's global
frameworks where appropriate.
