Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior MDM Developer with 3–4 years of experience in application development or data management to join our Master Data Management team.
In this role, you will contribute to the configuration and development of TIBCO EBX solutions, support integrations with enterprise systems,



and assist in implementing data governance and stewardship processes. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders, learning to manage MDM solutions independently over time.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, configuration, and development of MDM solutions (Preferably EBX).
Implement and maintain data models, workflows, and user roles under guidance.
Develop basic Java code for validations, business rules, and UI customizations.
Provide AMS support by handling data steward requests, incidents, and ensuring stable production operations.
Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
Help maintain data quality and governance processes, ensuring consistency across systems.
Troubleshoot basic EBX issues and escalate complex problems to senior developers.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
