Purpose of Role




The Analyst – Testing & Issues Management Control reports to the Director – Testing & Issues Management Control and supports the Director in driving program development, planning, coordination, and reporting efforts globally, which includes Planning/Program Development, Global Coordination/Communication, Report/Document Production, Tool Maintenance and overall departmental operations.
Main Responsibilities
Tool Maintenance: Assist in user access requests and periodic access recertification for related department applications (e.g. SharePoint, databases)
Planning/Program Development: Assist in the production and delivery of status reporting on the activities of the Global Financial Crimes Testing and Issues Management programs
Global Coordination/Communication: Assist in the tracking of meeting actions, takeaways and distribution lists. Assist the programs with adherence to records management requirements.
