Role Summary
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in Cisco and Juniper routing/switching technologies, Aruba wireless solutions, and overall network infrastructure management.
The engineer will act as an L3 escalation point, lead complex troubleshooting activities, execute network implementations and migrations,



support critical incidents, and provide technical guidance to operations teams while ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities
Network Implementation & Deployment
Lead implementation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network solutions.
Perform installation, configuration, and migration of Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba network devices.
Execute network transformation projects, technology refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades.
Support SD-WAN, campus, branch, and wireless deployments.
Develop and validate implementation plans, rollback procedures, and testing strategies.
L3 Network Operations & Escalation Support
Act as L3 SME for network incidents and escalations.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex network issues.
Lead major incident resolution activities and bridge calls.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
