We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Principal/Senior Principal Consultant who can independently deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and lead end-to-end implementation activities.
The successful candidate will bring solid hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM, with the ability to independently implement at least two HCM modules and lead key phases including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration/build, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Depending on specialization, the role may have a Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional focus. The consultant will work directly with customer stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, apply Oracle implementation methodologies and leading practices, and provide leadership on moderately complex engagements.
