About the Role

As an Associate – Pre Sales & Inside Sales,



you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in Bolt.Earth's EV charging solutions. From engaging with inbound website leads to understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and driving sales closures, you'll own the customer journey from the first conversation to conversion.
This is a rapid-paced, target-driven role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

Connect with inbound website leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and convert them into sales opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to order closure.
Recommend the right EV charging solutions based on customer needs.
Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversion.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
