Overview of the Lead Associate, Quality Assurance and Engineering

BETA is a self-clearing securities processing platform that supports critical
back office, middle office, and front office capabilities for wealth management
firms. Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides
critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle
office exception management,



and front office account management and trading
tools for advisors.

We’re seeking a Lead Associate, Quality Assurance and Engineering to join one of
our Scrum teams and help shape how quality and automation scale across customers
facing financial platforms. This role goes beyond test execution, you’ll
influence test strategy, automation standards, and quality gates, while owning
the end-to-end quality of your team’s deliverables. You’ll partner closely with
developers, product owners, and fellow QEs to ensure our solutions are reliable,
maintainable, and ready to scale.

Reporting to the Manager, Technology Development, you’ll be embedded within a
team, supporting data‑centric platforms and services built on Snowflake, focused
on large‑scale data ingestion, transformation, and downstream integrations. As
