What You’ll Do
Conduct live technical interviews with software engineering candidates across the globe.
Evaluate candidates’ coding ability, problem-solving approach, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
Deliver a professional, engaging, and unbiased interview experience.
Prepare detailed and objective technical evaluation reports after each interview.
Collaborate with internal quality and calibration programs to maintain consistent interview standards.
Continuously improve your interviewing skills through training and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (excluding internships).
Strong programming expertise in at least one of:
Java
Python
Ruby
Experience building backend or backend-heavy full-stack applications.
Strong understanding of:
Data Structures & Algorithms
Object-Oriented Programming
System Design fundamentals
Software Engineering best practices
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and professional home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience conducting technical interviews.
