We are seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Expert to support procurement, tendering, and contract management activities for tourism sector projects in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes in compliance with government regulations and ensuring timely engagement of consultants, contractors, and implementation agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare bid documents, RFPs, RFQs, and procurement contracts.
*Manage the complete tendering and bid evaluation process.
*Ensure compliance with GFR guidelines and applicable procurement procedures.
*Support selection and contracting of consultants, contractors, and project execution agencies.
*Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective procurement planning and execution.




*Maintain procurement documentation and support contract administration.

Requirements:
*MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
*5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement and bid process management.
Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks and contract management.
*Excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience in externally aided projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
