Perform structural and thermal simulations for cable accessories

You will support R&D; and customer projects by conducting finite element analysis within structural mechanics and thermal domains. The role involves verifying mechanical designs, evaluating simulation results, and comparing findings with test data while contributing to model validation and improvement.

Your Responsibility Will Be To

Perform FEA analysis of cable accessories and ancillary components
Prepare and document technical reports for internal and external stakeholders




Support development and optimization of equipment design based on simulation results
Contribute to methodology development and validation of simulation models
Collaborate with engineering, R&D; teams, and external reviewers

You will work closely with Simulation Services, Accessories R&D;, and engineering teams, with reporting to internal and external stakeholders including third-party reviewers. The position is based in Chennai, India.

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
