Job Summary

The Identity and Access Mgmt Engineer III brings wide-ranging Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience to design, implement, automate, and support secure identity services for The Standard. This role supports the broader EIAM technical stack, including workforce identity, directory services, authentication and access services, identity governance, privileged access, certificate lifecycle, automation, integrations, and operational readiness.





The ideal candidate has broad Enterprise IAM engineering experience, strong technical judgment, and practical depth across identity platforms, infrastructure, security controls, integrations, and operations.

Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.* Skills and Background You'll Need Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field; graduate coursework is desirable for this level.

Experience

Required:

5+ years of related experience in IT, Information Security, Identity and Access Management , IAM Engineering, infrastructure security, cloud identity, or equivalent roles.
