We are seeking a skilled CAE Crash Simulation Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in crashworthiness and impact simulations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in finite element analysis (FEA), crash simulation methodologies, and industry-standard pre-processing and solver tools. The role requires excellent analytical skills, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to provide engineering solutions based on simulation and test results.

B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Perform crashworthiness simulations and structural impact analyses using industry-standard CAE tools.
Develop, prepare, and validate finite element models for crash and safety simulations.
Execute implicit and explicit crash analyses using LS-DYNA and/or PAM-CRASH.
Interpret simulation and physical test results, identify design improvements, and provide engineering recommendations.
Ensure high-quality,
timely delivery of assigned simulation activities while maintaining engineering standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and validation.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Develop innovative approaches to improve simulation efficiency and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Stay updated with evolving CAE technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in CAE Crash Simulation and Finite Element Analysis.
Robust engineering fundamentals with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with HyperMesh, HyperWorks, LS-PrePost, Primer, and ESI Tools.
Proficiency in LS-DYNA and/or PAM-CRASH for implicit and explicit crash simulations.
Good understanding of crashworthiness principles, FEA methodologies, and simulation workflows.
