Job Summary

APPWRK IT Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales, build strategic client relationships, and expand our presence across key industries.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Enterprise B2B Sales, Account Management, and Digital Transformation solutions. We are specifically seeking professionals with experience working with BFSI or FMCG clients. Candidates with a technical background (IT/Engineering) combined with strong enterprise sales experience will be highly preferred.

Additionally, candidates with experience in headhunting, executive search—particularly for niche or leadership technology roles—will have an added advantage.
