Team Lead – Recruitment (Executive Search)
Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Experience: 5+ years
Education: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Executive Search and leadership hiring assignments.
- Source senior-level candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, and market mapping.
- Manage client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.




- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.

Required Skills
- Experience in Executive Search and Headhunting .
- Solid exposure to leadership hiring and senior-level recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing organization is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with a recruitment consultancy, executive search firm, or staffing organization.
- Proven track record of closing senior leadership and high-CTC positions.
- Exposure to multiple industry verticals such as IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Engineering, Telecom, Government, or Public Sector recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, client management, and team leadership.
