About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and AI-savvy Creative & Video Designer who can lead the production of high-volume, performance-driven content across digital platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
This role is ideal for a skilled who integrates AI into every stage of the creative workflow—from ideation and scripting to design, video production, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines solid creative instincts with a performance-marketing mindset and is passionate about leveraging AI tools to create impactful content at scale.
Success in this role will be measured through improved campaign performance metrics, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), engagement rates, watch time,
and overall creative effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production:
- Create high-performing static creatives, ad banners, carousels, social media posts, and marketing assets.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content, including:
- Property walkthroughs
- Customer testimonials
- Lifestyle and brand films
- Reels, Shorts, and social media videos
- Performance marketing advertisements
- Design motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling assets for digital campaigns.
AI-Powered Content Creation:
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation, design, video generation, editing, and post-production.
- Generate creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign ideas using AI platforms.
- Create AI-assisted voiceovers, visuals, animations, and creative assets.
- Develop and maintain reusable AI workflows, templates, prompts, presets, and creative systems.
