This position is a replacement for the approved mechanical foreman position. ...- Supervise daily maintenance activities, including preventative and corrective maintenance on vessels. - Coordinate and oversee dry dock, ensuring tasks are completed within schedule. - Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work progress and quality. - Update and maintain the maintenance tracking system with accurate job status. - Ensure all required tasks are recorded in proper documentation and evidence
- Conduct inspections before, during, and after maintenance work. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies. - Identify technical issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management. - Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Diploma or equivalent (required).



Relevant maritime certifications (preferred).- Strong knowledge of marine maintenance systems and vessel components. - Ability to manage teams and supervise technicians. - Good understanding of preventative maintenance planning. - Microsoft Excel. - Documentation and reporting skills. - Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
