Position Summary

Proofreading specialists in Deloitte’s Administrative Business Center support the delivery of high-quality, error-free business documents used across financial, client, and internal materials. This role focuses on reviewing complex documents for grammar, syntax, punctuation, formatting, consistency, and mathematical accuracy while aligning output to Deloitte brand standards. The position works closely with stakeholders and production teams to help ensure documents are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.

As a Services Support Associate II, Corporate Services on the Administrative Business Center team, you will be responsible for…

Proofreading financial statements, proposals, presentations, letters, marketing materials, and other client deliverables for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, consistency, and accuracy
Reviewing documents for mathematical footing, citations, footnote numbering, and adherence to Deloitte brand standards and formatting requirements
Consulting with partners, managers,



and other stakeholders to resolve wording, formatting, and data issues and suggest rewrites for clarity and readability
Coordinating with word processors, proofreaders, and other team members to support quality delivery, share best practices, and maintain production standards
Monitoring deadlines, prioritizing assignments, and supporting timely delivery in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting

The team

The Administrative Business Center (ABC) supports the creation and review of business-critical documents used across Deloitte. The team works on financial statements, proposals, presentations, letters, marketing materials, and other deliverables that require accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Deloitte brand standards. Professionals in this team collaborate closely with stakeholders and production teams to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
