Role Summary
Gurucul is seeking an experienced and visionary Technical leader to lead our talented team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, team leadership, and cloud-based SaaS product development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 15-20 developers spread across 3-4 scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Closely take care of the development and delivery of web based software product using Java and Angular.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Drive architectural decisions based on solid technical knowledge.
Critically evaluate solutions to business problems brought forward by team / tech leads.




Guide team to build a scalable and robust software product.
Drive deployment and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with the product owner team to define product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of recent features.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-based SaaS and on prem deployed products.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
Proven track record of leading teams of 15-20 developers in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on expertise in Java, Angular, Big Data, and cloud-based SaaS product development.
Valuable understanding of architecture of software products.
