Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professionally organized Kitchen Stewarding Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen stewarding operations, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, and equipment maintenance. You will lead a team of stewarding staff, manage inventory efficiently,



and maintain compliance with food safety regulations while supporting the overall success of our food service operations.
Supervise and manage the kitchen stewarding team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence
Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and stewarding materials while optimizing costs
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and organizational standards
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to kitchen operations
Analyze operational data and prepare reports on sanitation compliance, inventory usage, and team performance
Organize and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and effective workflow throughout service
