What You'll Do

Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling to identify potential clients
Engage decision-makers and qualify business opportunities
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels for outreach
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support revenue growth

What We're Looking For

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections




Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn the Real Estate industry and sales processes
Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, customer engagement, recruitment sales, or business development is a plus
