The role
Founding BDR. Build pipeline, book meetings for AEs, define what outbound even looks like here. No playbook, you write it.
You'll
Run high-volume outbound to QA leads, eng managers, Salesforce admins
Qualify leads, book demos, keep CRM clean
Test messaging and target lists, iterate quick
You are
1-3 years BDR/SDR, ideally SaaS or dev tools
Fine with volume and rejection
Bonus: sold to technical buyers, know Salesforce
Comfortable with zero structure, early-stage energy
Bangalore-based or relocating
