4. Experience Profile
• Minimum 8 years in operations
• Industry/Sector: Garment or Textiles
• Experience in operations with some exposure to business development
5. Qualifications
• Essential: Degree in Textiles/Apparel
• Desirable: Experience in production and quality control
• Specialization: Operations with added experience in business development and communication
