We are a 3-year-old Performance Marketing and Analytics firm, 100+ people robust, and we're just getting started. For our next chapter of growth we're building the people - Processes, interventions and infrastructure to chase our ambition.

This is where you come in. As Manager/Sr. Manager - People Development , you'll build the conditions for consistent, meaningful growth - for freshers finding their footing, for first-time managers learning to lead, and for teams that need to work better together as we scale. You'll work directly with leadership, across every rung of the organisation, to understand what our people need and build systems that actually serve them.

This role is for someone who gets genuinely excited about the question: what does a 300-person Aristok need to look like, and how do we grow into it intentionally?

As the custodian of people development, you will

Own all People development processes and proactively design and drive processes that are commensurate with the half-yearly/annual ambition
Conduct ongoing skill gap assessments at individual,



team, and org level - and make the insights actionable.
Work closely with the leadership to bridge the gap between recruitment and people development to manage the org pyramid as it evolves
Work with team-leads to build individual development plans rooted in the KRA/KPI framework. Develop formal/informal frameworks to know what is working and what is not. Socialize the feedback accordingly amongst key stakeholders
Create a framework to Identify people inconsistencies - performance, behaviour, culture - before they escalate. Design cross-team learning mechanisms to reduce skill inequality driven by client/team exposure
Partner with Org leadership proactively on org design questions as we scale
Design and run development programmes for first-time managers; covering feedback, coaching, and people leadership basics
Work with the Process Excellence team to bring in AI-led dashboarding, automation
