We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Learning & Development (L&D;) team in Luxembourg. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a contemporary, skills-based organization and supporting global learning initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.
You will work closely with the L&D; team on key projects related to learning strategy, talent development, and employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities / Key Result Areas
Support the design and implementation of learning programs (e.g. leadership, functional, and digital skills)
Assist in setup of the skills-based organization (developing future skills and related trainings)
Help create engaging learning content (presentations, toolkits, internal communications)
Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events
Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices (e.g. AI in learning, modern LXP platforms)
Analyze learning data and prepare reports and insights
Contribute to improving the overall learner experience
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Education, or similar)
Strong interest in learning, talent development, and organizational culture
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
